Organization Overview
Store to Door, a local 501(c)3 non-profit agency for over 24 years, facilitates independent living for Portland area seniors and people with disabilities by providing a low-cost, personalized grocery shopping and delivery service.
The Office Manager will develop, implement and maintain best practice operating and accounting systems for Store to Door.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Produces monthly financial statements
- Maintains records of accounts receivable and accounts payable, working closely with Store to Door?s Executive Director, board treasurer and CPA
- Orders and tracks store gift cards
- Administers Payroll ? payroll/process payroll/post payroll
- Tracks and administers mileage reimbursements
- Conducts all bank related reconciliations (checking, savings, credit card)
- Invoices all conservator/self pay clients
- Responsible for collections
- Reporting for all contracts (OPI, county and foundation grants)
- Banking deposit preparation
- Conducts weekly summary sheet reconciliation
- Maintains office, supplies, and equipment
- Serves as customer service representative and answer phones
- Supports order, shopping or delivery duties if agency is short on staff (as needed)
Qualifications
- Four years experience in managing a small office/business
- Must have experience and proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel
- Familiarity with accounting practices
- Payroll administration
- Some supervisory experience
- Must pass criminal background check
Attendance Requirements
- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday:? 8 a.m. ? 2 p.m. (flexible)
